  Well I had a great experience when I was filing my taxes. But then after I was done they say here's ur papers and this is a time frame for ur money I understand that the IRS is about like working with Nazi's but if you tell a customer to call this number for any questions I've called 7 times during their operating hours and I never get to talk to a real person I get a voice mail asking for my name and number they'll call me back well that's a lie they don't then if you check the website for hours of operation it clearly states that the office is open at 10 am well I go by at 1130 and their closed go figure that and when I used H&R Block for my taxes and I needed to call them to check on location of my mouth eyes they answered me and all my questions. It's my fault because I thought I'd give them a chance but all I did was ruin a good thing I had elsewhere. So this is first and last time I use Jackson Hewitt once they've been paid it's ole well good luck
